Maine Coon Dreamery has been breeding and selling Maine Coon kittens since 2016, when the very first Maine Coon Dreamery kitten was born. Since then, we have established a reputation as one of the most respected and reliable Maine Coon breeders in the nation. Our award-winning lines of kittens come from generations of satisfied and healthy cats, and we take great pride in providing only the best quality animals to our customers.
Maine Coon cats are a unique breed of adult cats, weighing between 15 and 32 pounds (7 and 14 kg). Males are typically 30% bigger than females, but females can often be quite large as well. These cats grow slowly and will not reach full maturity until 3-4 years of age. Maine Coons belong to the SLH group of cats, and their coats are truly special – with short fur on their head, shoulders and legs, gradually increasing in length to the bottom and sides. The belly and pants are covered with long, shaggy fur, while the tail is exceptionally long and has a luxuriant, flowing appearance. The coat also serves a practical purpose, providing protection from snow, rain and wind, yet it is soft and silky to the touch and remarkably shiny.
Once you have stroked a Maine Coon, you will never forget the delightful feel of its fur! They have strong and muscular bodies, which make them very agile, and their long legs are equipped with tufts of fur between the toes that help them to walk on snow without sinking. Additionally, their ears are adorned with brushes, giving them a lynx-like appearance. Many people mistakenly believe that Maine Coons are indoor cats, when in fact they are just as capable as any other breed when it comes to exploring the great outdoors.
Our Queens and Studs are DNA tested by Davis Labs for negative HCM and negative PKD. Extensive annual lab testing ensures we can provide the best offspring.
We are a small and cage-less main coon cattery. All of our cats and kittens live with our unconditional love! We bred maincoon since 2015.
